Come and join us every Wednesday (7-8pm) or Saturday (10-11am) for Mindfulness Practice. A combination of: meditation, storytelling, reflection and informal practices in the form of a Satsang. Each class is different and no experience is necessary!!
You need: comfy clothe, pen & notepad!
Cost: €12 drop in or get 6 classes for €60 (you have 3 months to use your 6 classes and can alternate from Wednesday to Saturday)
Please note:if you are currently taking medication for depression or anxiety you must consult with your doctor before engaging in to mindfulness practice.
